That's oddly specific. I figured the level limit would have stopped its usage anyway. I guess this is more from downstream where there is no level limit?
yeah they should, pretty much everything except wisps (isle 3 meteors and isle 7 undine spirits) assisted kos npc's in this era in sky
Also yeah, harmony seemed to be the only lull spell that was useable in sky, so it just went under the radar apparently.
