Brief downtime for Lucy

Migrating from the current hosting service into AWS, downtime should be brief for the basic spell info. Script stuff (e.g. PoP flagging) may take a little longer.

Moral of the story: don't be a crappy hosting company, break my email, and then raise your prices.

Domain finally got transferred, and almost everything seems to be working. PoP flagging script got re-done and looks good, but I still need to fix the spell search field, as that's giving an error.

Let me know if anything else needs fixing.
