I have no technical expertise. However, I do like to organize things. The TAKP Resources / TAKP Progress Tracker would be a great way for those of us who cannot code to help check things. Theoretically, a player should be able to check within a zone in the TAKP Progress Tracker and see if a quest has been verified. Actually how you listed it out is perfect except some npc have multiple quests pointing to them. But once a good method is figured out per NPC, then I can update the tracker with the info.
