Racial xp penalties/bonuses and AA's

    I was curious if racial xp penalties and bonuses will apply to AA xp?

    For example will halflings gain 5% more xp towards AA's while trolls/iksar gaint 20% less?

    Trolls/Iksars only get 20% penalty if the AA is not set at 100%. If you set 100% xp to AA, they have no penalty.

    And if you set AA at 99% on an assling you gain 4% more xp

    Yes, they actually already work including the Halfling's quirk. At 99% or below that is. At 100%, everybody uses the same required XP value.
