I've been doing the 2g hand in on my dark elf inny cleric trying to get high enough to do the koalindl fish turn in. Everything was going well until the 2g hand in quest stopped giving faction. When my character modifier for priest of life reached zero the quest stopped giving any faction. But since im dark elf and inny I'm still at -950 which is far off from being able to do the fish turn in (+150?). Should that quest stop giving faction at any level? Am I missing something?
