   I have never seen this message before when trying to trade. Doesn't seem to have a reason it happens, it's not the same message as someone being busy. Anyone have any ideas?

   I've had the game crash before where it changes all my options around. Maybe your options for trading with other players got changed. Try alt+O for options --> general tab --> allow trading with : (everyone)
