I was just curious how gear would work being that iksar and vah shir are unlocked. The only gear in classic for an iksar warrior would be like banded mail and possibly other pieces with all/all. Or has the gear been updated to PoP era or another certain era?

No full sets. Be glad you have the Hate armor though. Cause everyone else has bad hate armor. Iksars, Druids, Rangers and Paladins all got Velious quality PoHate armor when the planes were revamped in 2001. Other classes will have to wait til Velious is released to get the counterpart sets from PoGrowth.
