Forum hiccups.

I am back helping out with web.
I will spare the details as to why, but the forums will be undergoing immediate and repeated interruptions over the next few days. Reason is, the new web server needs our forums upgraded in order to function. I am doing incremental upgrades just like the last time to facilitate this move.

Post in web bugs as usual for any broken or missing parts of the forums only, as a result of these upgrades.
Please refrain from posting utility page bug reports until after the move. Things will change and may or may not need reporting then. The focus is on the move currently.

The last of the upgrades to the forums are complete.
The only planned interruption left is the actual switch over to the new web server.
The time/date for that is to be determined as some setup and testing will need to happen first.
