you can check on the Dev server to verify that it's fixed. it has been adjusted but it is not yet on takp.
I recommend testing on dev. See what you think. Several adjustments were made. More are possible. More feedback would be helpful at this point.
I fizzle way too much. For example, at level 59, sometimes I fizzle the 51 spell Superior Healing 5 times in a row at max (235) skill. That doesnt look normal to me.
is this on the Dev Server? We had someone else tested this on the Dev Server and it's considerably better than what it is on Takp.
Looking forward to seeing this change to live... it is currently effecting the quality of life on the server in a very detrimental way. But after reading up on the thread it looks like we're in the right direction. Until that day i think we could all turn a blind eye towards level 1 spell spamming as we all know the struggles .
