Drunken Dwarf Race!

<Austerity> would like you to join us in a naked level 1 Drunken Dwarf Warrior Race on December 30th in Crushbone, all are invited! We will start gathering at 5:30pm EST and the race starts promptly at 6 (so make your dwarf before that). The start/finish line will be the banners at the entrance, after downing as many drinks as they can, contestants will head west across the bridge make their way into the mines, through the legionnaire camp, past the taskmaster and any survivors will head south around trainer hill to where they started. There will be prizes for first, second and third place, if everyone ends up dying the 3 who made it the furthest will be rewarded.

The rules: Dwarves must be level 1 and naked/unarmed, no clickies, buffs, songs or potions allowed. We will have a designated observer in the zone posting updates and place listings in alliance chat so its requested that everyone doesn't clutter the zone with non-racers.

Being drunk in real life is welcome but not required, creative names are encouraged, we'll provide the brews.

We will be twitch streaming this event. We will also be escorting the dwarves with clerics, druids, etc. the afternoon of this event to ensure their safe arrival to Crushbone. We're hoping for multiple cameras so that we can make an epic adventure movie afterwards (Twitch directors and cameramen... PST if interested I never shy away from artistic eyeballs).

We're looking forward to to bringing in the New Year with our servermates, and hailing another the anniversary of the server! New people... this is a great way to snatch up some goodies that will last you well into this expansion

Who won and what did they get?

 

there were some amazing prizes. Slime blood of ct and rainbow shields were a couple I remember them announcing.

 

Bango was first and won an RBB. Not sure who mains were for the other 2, but second place was a Slimeblood and third place was a Shield of Rainbow Hues
