Can't connect to server

Just followed the guide on YouTube for Windows install. Went through everything step by step. Got to the point of logging in and it says I can't connect to server. Is there something I potentially missed? Any help will be appreciated.

 

I figured it out, but I can't create a Vah Shir, is the server not at Luclin or?

I just returned from a business trip and I followed the guide. So I am late to the party. When I go to login to the server, it says I was disconnected and the program closes out. Would love to hear your solution.
