yes, it's better for case by case so single bug can be looked and then moved to test section when it's fixed.
If you you are looking to bug report things that aren't clear bugs but may be era style bugs and you weren't an Al'Kabor native, look for evidence in the 2002-2003 timeframe, that's typically what was the case on Al'Kabor. PoP was released October 2002 and was the last expansion on Al'Kabor. LoY was released February 2003. It was not on Al'Kabor though Hobart did attempt to jerry rig a very limited number features from it onto our client/code. Some of the better stuff like a bigger bank, shared bank, raid window improvements, and guild Windows were never included however.
