Are there any additional client download links?

The two posted in the Getting Started guide seem to have exceeded permitted downloads.

Still not letting people download the Client

 

Any update on this? I still cannot download the client from the link that we are told to get it from.

I've attached it here, rename it by removing .txt extension (so it's just .zip.torrent)
