Are vendor prices on spells for example supposed to match what we have in game? I headed out to buy Breeze in East Common Tunnels with my 2PP and it was actually more like 11PP or so.

Tusks should be 10.166 plat with enough cha. Financed a horse once with those so it really should be burned in my brain.
