Does monk AC bonus for being under 14 weight make that big of a difference? Seems odd monks are only 40ish displayed ac behind warriors with half the worn ac.
Displayed AC means nothing. Calcs are based on class, stats, worn AC. Monks get an AC class bonus too. H
I know displayed AC means nothing. Was mostly just wondering if monks weight bonus added that much, or if it's something else.
Just to continue with this thread I would love to see the equation used to figure out if an attack is a hit and whether it gets mitigated or not. Thanks!
It means that a Wizard with 1200 AC and a Warrior with 1200 AC are going to have very different combat outcomes due to differences in skill and how those AC points are applied.
