Code: Haynar * Changed some of the resend schema for zoning. I had inadvertently left the max packets sent per cycle too high, which would contribute to LDs zoning. This was put back down to the value that worked better. Fixed an issue with resends zoning, to only resend un-acked packets. It was resending all, which could contribute to not resolving zoning packet loss. Database: Robregen * Faction: rearranged faction hits in Freeport, Highpass, and Highkeep. * PoK: Guardians in Good side and central area will now randomly pause for a few seconds before continueing to the next pause point. * South Ro: Ancient Cyclop will no longer despawn once it has spawned.
