1750 Club?

I don't remember ever seeing a post about it so I was curious. Do we have any members of the elusive 1750 club (all 7 major tradeskills @ 250 skill) on TAKP? I was a card carrying member back on Lanys T'Vyl. Even did the 200 in Alchemy and Fishing to boot.

 

I’m not sure if anyone made a list here! I was 1750 on AK but here I’m only 1750 after all Geerlok modifiers take effect! Maybe one day I’ll grind out the pointless skills.

I do have 250 Poison making, tinkering and 200 alchemy on Alts here though.

 

I didn't think that was even possible. I always thought that it was hardcoded into EQ that you could only max one tradeskill, so that players would have to rely on others to get the things that they can't make themselves, to create a functioning economy.

 

There is an AA that allows for more than 1.

who has done Aid Grimel tradeskills on the most toons

 

Powers had 5 ready to go when PoP launched and I think he ended up finishing them all but he's been MIA for close to a year. I was interested to see how many more he'd do

 

so that's, what, 7 tradeskills, 220+ per tradeskill, 5 toons... the 7,700+ club?

So you're saying Temerity is almost more degenerate than the rest of the server combined?

 

The real question is how many of those earrings have been replaced and sit in a bank collecting dust now?

By comparing what I have in slots 2040 and 2046, I can confirm that these are indeed in the bank! How much dust? Hard to say.

 

I believe both have been for awhile. Kinda why I never pursued this, since mine would be banked now if I did it.

 

Sadly yea I think everyone in the very end game will replace their AG ear with Quarm ear + either TT, Inny or CT ears. That bank list will surely grow as Quarm drops more earrings.

 

The real reason you get AG ear is to save DKP not having to buy a better ear.

If you just replace it, you're double wasting your time in both completing the AG quest, and spending your hard-earned DKP on a marginal ear upgrade instead of other slots/chars.

I have five AGs done. Not sure I will do a sixth, if I do its a long way off, like more than a year from now. I only have six characters, so I know I won't be doing a seventh.
