Pathing Fixes ... again. Skills will now default to a success when checking a skillup. Changed skillup rules to reflect new defaults. Adjusted Swimming to account for the new success default.
Are you sure, I'm seeing a drop in success rates that seems to be mathematically significant. As if maybe the default for the TSes before the specific modifier is 1 instead of 0 in practice?
Hmm, didn't see this hotfix .., There does seem to be something wrong with tradeskill skill-ups. It is a lot slower now as opposed to a couple months ago prior to this date of hotfix, the other skills (like offensive and defensive skills) seem more like it was and not super fast or super slow unlike Trade-skills

last time it was touched was in this commit. https://github.com/EQMacEmu/Server/commit/b02c11c98ae6ee2c1e34ad019d16c857a3821c86 But even there it wasn't really changed that affect skill ups. only thing was to change the rule from RULE_REAL ( Character, TradeskillSkillUpModifier, 1.0) to RULE_REAL ( Skills, TradeskillSkillUpModifier, 1.0) which is basically the same settings. it also noted in the comment
