    * primary weapons in offhand now only for level 66+ NPCs

    * fixed an edge case with archery bane damage

    * Warrior Epic: h1 sword combined to 2h sword should be fixed.

    So this will still affect a handful of raid mobs. For example, DXVT should now be able to dual wield his Dagger of Thought. Are there logs of this behavior? I'm not saying it's right or wrong like this, I'm just curious of the research that went into it.

    Does he quad normally though? I dunno since I'm a lowly clothie that gets 1 rounded regardless.

    It's possible. I looked briefly in my logs and I see triples but not quads. But I only have a couple of fights.

    All level 66+ NPCs innate dual wield

    I believe they innately dual wield, but do they innately dual wield primary-only weapons? I know that's the case in Tactics, but i'm just speculating what other unforeseen changes this may have with a sweeping change like that.
