Re: Do you have to be the respective class to do Sol Temple I think everyone starts out with adequate faction to do the Sol Temple quests, so long as they haven't killed any Ro-associated NPCs (like Ssynthi in Mistmoore) or hailed Tazgar too many times. Any class can do the quests. The Pally Ro armor is an exception: the quest NPCs who hand out the molds aren't on Ro faction at all. They're representatives of pally guilds from different cities, and doing their quests often requires faction work with the associated guild. Best to be an enchanter and just charm them
Re: Do you have to be the respective class to do Sol Temple As for the Armor of Ro quests, I started as indifferent to Lord Searfire in the Temple, and had to raise my faction to amiable before he'd give me the cauldron to make the Bar of Ronium. As to whether you have to farm faction for other classes, I can't say.
