To future peoples having trouble with the totem needed to complete the illusion iksar quest: ton warrior dropping the ton warrior totem spawned for me most in the northeastern 'leg' of froglok city in swamp of no hope. There was a pather spawn point that I saw multiple pops from. Totem is visible and was 50% to drop either a shard (different quest) or the totem. Rest of the spawns were very easy using p99 guide.
I actually made a /note of this when I did the quest originally because he was hard to find. The totem dropped from the guy at -559, -1872
