Max account limit changes.

The max number of accounts per person is now increased to 10.
It still is only limited to 3 online at a time.

We will need to adjust exemptions as the need arises for those that applied for exemptions.
For now this has to be done manually.

Guild banker alts and storage characters should be covered by this increase sufficiently.
So there will be no foreseeable increase past the 10 now allowed.

Last note, with a granting of more storage/alt space comes the responsibility of the players to play within the rules.
Abusing VPNs or falsely applying for exemptions just to box (if caught) will be a minimum of 30 day break.

That said, we hope you have fun with this and the soon to be released expansion.
