New player... am getting an account does not exist message....

.... when attempting to log in. I created my account this evening "Deliamber" but when subsequently trying to log in have gotten error message that account does not exist.

Thanks in advance for any help. Looking forward to trying the server. Played a little bit on SOE's AlKabor before they closed it down and earlier on Povar for about four years starting in Kunark expansion.

At the top of this forum go to game accounts and make sure you created a login server account.

 

I'm assuming you have only created a forum account and not a game account. You will need both. For your own security I suggest a different name/password combo for each account.
