As far as I can tell, this does not apply to Lure of Ice. As I do not have ancient destruction or gelid, I cannot test. According to the spell information, it should apply to all of these. Can we get an explanation of why this is or can it be looked at if this is not known? Testing with damage focii on is tougher though since there is no emote or anything when it fires. And the Eci's spell acts like a focus, its random up to 30%.
I didn’t think about the damage focii, I assumed it would stack but those numbers are in line with what I was getting.
Maybe Solar can confirm it is supposed to stack and currently does. I assume it should. The other question would be if it stacks currently with Rizlona's.
It's the same as Rizlona so it doesn't stack. But worn focus + iceflame should stack yes, that's the point. Worn + spell focus = stacky
So no point in Wizards being in Rizlona's groups then as long as they keep that spell up. Melee dps unite.
Ah yes, good point. In zones like PoFire and Sol Ro's Tower though, it would apply. Just interesting. I suppose they could always cast magic nukes too.
Iceflame only works on ice resist spells, the information pasted at the beginning of this thread shows magic but that's incorrect. I think you guys know this but just wanted to make it clear for anyone who's reading this and isn't aware - the resist thing for focus spells is not showing the right values on allaclone, but lucy.alkabor.com shows it right https://lucy.alkabor.com/spell_3337.html So for the level 60 ice spells you can nuke efficiently without bard song, but for magic and fire the bard song helps. Your best item focus stacks as was already mentioned.

Zero new pillar spells in pop. Zero new pbae spells in pop. No upgrade to wizard snare. Top level magic nuke is a 0% math fail. All evidence suggests the concept of ice nukes for wizard was completely forgotten about and this buff was thrown in at last second to make up for it. Greater decession is a grw turn in reward. As far as I can tell the dev responsible for wizard in original PoP development never played one above L30. Did they get no feedback during beta ta all? When you see garbage development like that at the forefront its a reminder of why WoW so thoroughly kicked EQ's ass soon after.
I don't think you are properly appreciating how much harder Greater Decession decesses than regular Decession. I would think that with good focus, wizard DPS(Decessions per second) would be the best in the game.
