I'm running on windows 10 and using HotkeyNet to switch between clients. Wondering if there is a way to turn the sound on for one client only. Anyone know how I would do this?

make a separate eq folder for both clients, 1 with sound on, 1 with sound off

Doesn't HotkeyNet require the folder to specifically be named EQMac or am I not understanding that right?

Hotkeynet is a program separate from TAKP that's bundled in with the client on the wiki download page, for your convenience. You can point it to whatever folder you want.

On the bottom right of your screen, right click the speaker icon next to your time. Open 'Volume Mixer' and mute all the clients you don't wish to have sound on. Unless I misunderstood your issue, this should solve all sound problems EQ related or not =P.
