Honestly, Go with your initial gut feeling. You made a good faith effort to find the owner. Haynar is overstepping his GM/player boundaries. It's not like you purposefully had someone drop it. You asked kindly if someone did to msg you. Finders keepers/lottery win/etc
There's no problem here, Bum. I submitted a petition and we're on the way to resolving this missing item.
