Fishing after 188

    Perhaps it is a bad streak of RNG, but I cannot seem to get past 188 in Fishing. ( hundreds of casts ! )

    Would it help to be fishing in other zones besides POK ?

    I know that one can purchase fishing points from the trainer, so please do not advise me to do that.
