I know there used to be a way to use the char/acct viewer to identify what shards I had already w/o using an identify in game. Could anyone point me in the right direction?
A Silvery Mask from Kael will do the trick: https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/item.html?item=4761 Hold the shard (or other item you want Lore information for) and right click. This even works for casting on other characters holding items.
Game accounts tends to be easier. You can search for lucid shard and click on each lucid shard link in the game account tab. It will take you to Allaclone and tell you what each shards is. So if you’re not at your computer and you have 3 Alts with 8 different shards each, you can tell what shards each character has.
Log into TAKP forums 01. Left click "Game Accounts" from the forum menu bar 02. Left click "Search Inventory" under the GAME ACCOUNTS header 03. Type in the item name in the search bar 04. Locate the item under the character you want & Control + Left click or middle mouse click on each instance of the item 05. Notate which shards you have 06. Move to the next camp you need
+1 to everything so far. I had to write them down and check them off. At the height of shard farming in our guild, we setup a spreadsheet with links to each shard in allaclone, a row for each character with check boxes, and we all used the inventory search feature too. The search feature is incredibly useful, and such a nice QoL feature of takp.
Can also link the shard in /1 then check the alliance channel on the TAKP discord for the link. Pls don't abuse this and spam /1 with shard links do it maturely thx.
