Where is Jolum in the Bazaar?

Continuing my tradition of dumb noon questions. Apparently he has the first Cleric heal over time but I can't find him. Allaclone is the source of my information.

 

At least 1 is there. I bought 1 or 2 for my shaman (invis perhaps?). Not sure on others.

 

Jolum stands on the balcony in the center building and he will be back in game once Luclin launches

 

Yes there is a vendor for general caster spells below where jolum normally is (for invis, gate, etc...). I think Jolum has pop spells, however.
