Can someone check the item database for me?

I've been trying to get giant thicket rat skull to drop in Misty, and it doesn't seem to be dropping. The thorn mail armor quest for HFL RNG is in the game, but this item doesn't seem to be dropping. I don't know if it's missing, or the drop rate is too low, I just haven't been able to get one after hours of killing the giant thicket rats.

 

I have a full set. It's doable. Lots of parts are a pain to find.
