Warrior Epic MQ

I'm down to Spiroc Wingblade from Sky to finish my epic, I found a guildie with it and willing to do the MQ. We head out to EK to do the turn in and Renal just gives the blade back to my guildie,both of us conned Appre to him so its not a faction issue.Anyone have any suggestions ,or know how to MQ the Blade ,or if its just not possible here?

 

As far as I know everything is MQable here, but then again I assumed you could dispell ancient breath so I'll leave this for those who are more knowledgeable than I.

I guess I should have stated every multi item turn in is MQable?

 

I think you mixed up you turn in mobs. Turn in for wingblade is in Freeport if I remember correctly.
