HEY exemption requesters READ THIS!!

I have now processed a couple requests today that claim there is no format listed for what we need and NOT NEED in the request. When you write up a story, when you claim the format doesn't exist and include everything but the color of your dog...it gets a tad annoying and wastes time reading through a long request.

The STICKY in petitions shows exactly what is needed. NOTHING MORE. It is dated as well, so yes, it has been there in full detail for a while.
