I noticed a lot of exemptions are being requested and there are no characters being created here. If you are asking for exemptions and there are no characters created. I assumed that you guys are asking for exemption on PQ. We don't do exemption for Project Quarm. Any exemption that are requested and no characters are created. We will just simple will ignore those and moved those to closed. Otherwise we will looked and granted those with the existing characters.
