I made a Beastlord alt recently, and have been levelling him up a bit. He's got Silver Chitin Hand Wraps for haste. As far as I know the Hand Wraps are 22% haste, but on the character browser, they only show 10%. https://www.takproject.net/magelo/character.php?char=Lump I was under the impression that haste scaled with you 1% per level, as you levelled, to the haste percentage listed on the item, or that you should at least receive the haste percentage on the item once you have reached the same level as the haste percentage (level 22 in the case of hand wraps for example). Do I have it all wrong? Is there a haste cap removed at level 30 or something? Also, the character browser may not be representative of what's actually happening in-game, and it's showing 10% haste, when in-game I am actually getting 22% haste, but I don't know. Anyone have the knowledge?
