Does this spell work? Or maybe I am not using it correctly. Its a targeted AE. You can cast it on yourself, however it will always give a does not hold message. If you try to cast on another it will always say they are out of range. I've tried this in PoK, but other combat enabled zones as well with the same result. Did it ever work here or on AK? Maybe its working (not working) as expected. Just thought it would be neat to play with.
I thought it was just to alert you ( the caster ) if anything came into your range. Was used back when we had to stare at books to med.
Just off the top of my head I remember this being used to generate spam, kind of like casting WoT on a raid of people, except this one keeps going on its own until the effect expires.
