Before I run off and get myself killed, does anyone know if NPC's on Dismal Rage faction are KOS to Dark Elves on The Dead faction? I just want to know if my dark elf SK can go use their trainers and merchants or if racial hate between humans and dark elves is still going to be a thing with them.
