My cousin is staying with me for a few weeks and wants to play, so he made his own account. Question is - how do I go about getting clearance for multiple people on the same IP? Looked around on here and all I could find was "talk to the devs." I'm hoping this is the fastest way to get a hold of one? =D

Post in the "Petition" section of the forums as per:
    https://www.takproject.net/forums/i...-to-exemption-policy-noted-in-the-f-a-q.6622/

We have multiple players in the house, can we all have an account?
You need to have each person create their forum account and apply for an exemption before they create their game accounts. Then make a thread in the forum petition section with the details. We only need the forum names. We used to do this via PM, but this policy is changed now. Any forum accounts that have existing game accounts are subject to denial.

also make sure you familiarize yourself with the rules

One forum account per person and per guild (see note on qualification) is the limit. Extra accounts for household members is subject to approval and will be monitored for violations of the 3 box limit (per personal forum account online at any time excluding baz trader). Extra forum accounts must be preapproved. It will be at our discretion if we lock all accounts to those not seeking exemption prior.

ONE FORUM ACCOUNT PER PERSON PERIOD ZERO EXCEPTIONS.
If you have more than one person in the house/dorm/convent/motel/halfway house/bathroom that plays EQ,
make ONE forum account and petition BEFORE making the second one.

Alright, thank you much. He made his account before coming over, if that counts for anything? lol. And since he's only staying for a small period of time, I wasn't sure if that part would have mattered, since he'll be on his own IP soon enough, if we get back into EQ.

    Thanks again!
