Petitions....

I just went through 5 pages of petition backlogs sorting out what was resolved and what needed to be addressed.

Please to avoid a clog in the system,

Post in the correct forums.

Bugs belong in bugs

Player mistakes need not be petitioned. Item and plat loss is always a decline.

Exemptions - Please for the love of god read the pinned posts in discord and here in the forums regarding exemptions

Names of forum and game accounts as well as characters can not be changed, it will be denied.

Requests for special characters in surnames will be denied, we only remove surnames upon request.

Asking about spawn rates and if there are issues with a spawn or server seems to be glitching are not reasons for petitions. These go in bugs.

Pathing issues belong in bugs.

We get inundated with all the above and it clogs up our timely replies and applying exemptions having to read through all of them. This is one of the primary reasons we have a history of taking weeks to never to apply exemptions.

Also, a nod to other admins, when the ticket is resolved and you thank who it was that helped you, maybe ask them to move that ticket to resolved. It gets easy to forget to move them especially when we are doing so many things at once. It takes a few seconds for the person that helps you to move it. But for one of us to go through 5 pages takes ALOT more time. One has to read the conversations to see what the outcome is and if all issues have been addressed. So a few seconds to move at the end turns into mins per conversation. Which leads to hours when they build up. That can contribute to missing people's petitions. So a friendly thank you and can you please move me to resolved or exemptions would help.

 

Also, if you make a petition, please revisit it often for updates until it is resolved and reply when needed.
