Item lost due to player's error

    Recently we been getting petition with item being lost due to accidentally deleted, faction not high enough, wrong character looting, or just dropped it somewhere along the way.

    We will not reimburse any items that are lost due to player's errors. This includes items left in no rent bags.

    The only exception that will be reimburse are EPIC provided that you had obtained it already.
