Hey all, I was having a lot of issues revolving around my game accounts, creating a trader mule, as well as some other general issues with my client but they were 100% resolved by downloading and installing Speedz's launcher which has already been posted but I've linked here. I recommend installing and using this as it simplifies logging into the server (I'm using a Mac btw). Cheers!
