It's a good snare, it's procs much more often than any other proc weapon I go. (Sod, Ahbs, primal spear, locustlure, ect.) The proc is hard to resist. It's decent for when your trying to tank. Not my raid primary by any means.
Tendon slice is - 300mr, so it's a great tool for any rogue to keep in their bag. Dumb stuff like the nearly magic-immune runed grimlings in AC that make the shard camp 'fun' are easily snared by it. Also, imo, there not a better time than now to start playing a rogue if you're interested. Solar and I reworked backstab a few months ago, and all non-12% BS mod rogues should now be doing more/the correct dps with the newly corrected formulas. I'm honestly surprised it didn't come up sooner.
According to Live Lucy, Tendonslicer has no proc rate mod, and no instance of procratemod in its change history
If you xp in Seb, there's a random chance at an Obulus Death Shroud drops, which is a good mana pres 3 item. It also sells well.
