   I have tried adjusting mouse sensitivity, even when turned to 0 it doesnt really seem to change the speed or the wobblyness.

   You can try changing this setting in the ini file:
   MaxMouseLookFPS
   Try 60 to start.
   
   The mouselook just isn't very good in this client unfortunately.

   I also found using dgvoodoo2. With setting my max fps = 0 also helped. 0 = unlimited.
