When a guild leader eats a ban.

This is server policy. Not a rule but policy...

Due to recent issues we have had to make the unanimous decision to ban a guild leader.

When a guild leader gets banned, the guild DOES NOT get to pick a new leader.
Your current officer make up is it. Your choices are to run the guild as is and hope your officers stick around, or disband and reform. We are not going to micro manage the drama on this server any longer.

You follow a known bad apple you take the risks. This goes for any guild. This is now the 2nd guild that has been effected by a bad set of leaders.
