Where are the rules? After some hunting, I found the drop-down, but only 2 posts about the Tracker, and neither had rules attached, or links to rules.
Small thing as I was catching up on old posts. Aren't most no fails a 15 trivial? I remember getting skillups on odd things like doing a combine for Xanthe's earring (currently listed in clone as a 0).
