Since that code was written I found that some chat messages can still be lost while zoning, so I was a bit over optimistic in that note. Will tweak this for the next patch. Please do report any oddities with misrouted messages though.
Raid messages that are queued while zoning come out jumbled once you finally zone. it's like the character who sent them was speaking a different language.
