Haynar: * Fixed some missing navmesh tiles in vex thal. * Fixed some bugs with mobs moving, when they are mezzed. * The code for setting mobs to not moving, was not updating deltas correctly, so mobs would not update headings always. * Mobs snared to nearly a stop will now stop moving. * Mobs that lose aggro, while snared to a stop, will now rotate their heading to their desired heading.
