Code Cavedude * Lifetap messages are now filtered under spells. * Mem blur components of Mez spells will no longer always fail. Haynar * Move mob position update optimizations. * Pets guarding on a slope, should bounce less. * Fixed an issue with pets guarding, that was causing excessive position updates to be sent. * Pets guarding, should only change heading, if the new heading to nearest mob changes by more than an integer. * Fixed a mob position update issue, where locations can get out of sync, causing ghosting of mob locations. * Fixed an issue that causes elevated CPU usage when a zone initially starts up. * Tuned mob movement speeds more. They were moving a little too fast. * Consolidated the AI_Think Timer and AI_Movement Timers as they were somewhat redundant in how they actually behaved. * Overloaded the Timer::Check function to make it more efficient, even though it only saves a few CPU cycles. It is the most called function. * Simplified position update counters for clients and npcs. This should prevent sending extra updates for the entire zone periodically. Torven * The double attack and dual wield chance calculations are now precise. * Summoned pets now require level 17 to double attack. * Summoned pets now require level 19 to dual wield. * Summoned pet double attack and dual wield skills now capped at 200. * Summoned pet avoidance skills now capped at 100 for Classic and Kunark pets and 125 for PoP pets. * Beastlord pets granted the block skill, capped at 50 and parry skill removed. Also, does this triple attack apply to PCs? This should result in quite a few less triple attacks, right?
i used to be able to /target a_velium in velk and get a mob in lower dogs now i cant anymore, it seems like you need line of sight now
Sounds like it went busted for awhile. I don't recall anyone speaking of using /target as a zone-wide track tool on AK (and I don't think /pet attack Trakanon worked either).
has something changed with paladin mana or mana regen... I do not know how or why but I’m constantly going oom now stunning.. prior to this week I’ve never even had to look at my mana.
Mac? PC? Roamer? Static mob? After zoning in? A mob thats a respawn? Looking for more info. Can u target by clicking the mob? Using /target mobname, is handled by the client. But that doesnt mean a mob pos update is missing or something to make it work better.
PC, tried roamers and statics. Zones tested inn is Kurn's Tower, Velketor and SolA. Can target by clicking. if you stand infront of "cinder goblin" in SolA and type /target cinder, nothing happens. It simply does not work. It works for PCs.
dang, getting around 3-5x less crits/crippling blows now almost no point in keeping war berserk anymore for extra dps
Crit chance will increase a tiny bit later. I still need to parse cripple rates to see if berserk warriors get an additional chance and by how much. Old crit rate was way too high, but not 3-5x higher. If you want crits, you will need dexterity for sure though.
Synthetix, does it work if you attempt to /target a mob with a unique name? Zemm, for example? The way it's always been for me is that there's only one "an onyx sky drake" in the zone that can be targeted with /target. If that drake is out of range, standing next to another and typing /target will fail.
