As has been said before, the faction exception has not been added yet. We were trying to figure out some other issues. Right now it is overly hard to pull to zone in. That was chosen over leaving it in its previous condition. The pulling of HoT mobs to zone in made killing them trivial. H
My primary point was that the entire room did not come as you stated. Although the two door guards to the west did. The assist range is 150 and the distance to the center wall is 160, so it could possibly be due to pathing, but possibly other reasons. This isn't simple to figure out. This server can't be 100% precise.
