    * Added combat/pathing fixes for mobs in water.
    * Restricted the delta based projected client position changes to flee stuns.
    * Mobs should cross the bridges better in Siren's Grotto.
    * Mobs will fall below world less, when they cut corners of geometry.
    Torven
    * The resist algorithm's roll is now using a > instead of a >=. This will make targets 0.5% more resisty.
    * Charm, root and blind spell tick saves now apply a +4 level modifier for the caster's level.
    * The charm and mez charisma modifier is now accurate and only applies to enchanters.
    * The preliminary rolls for charm, root, blind and fear spells are now accurate.
    * The default magic resist floor for charm was set to the accurate value.
    * The amount hate generated from charm spells has been reduced.
    * Animals now hate charmers as much as non-animals do on breaks.
    * Lull critical fail chance is now precise.
    * Charm and lull spells no longer have large resist penalties on yellow and red cons.
    Robregen
    * Quest NPC should now be able to hold more quest items up to 24 instead of 8.

    * vexthal: Eom caster NPCs may now drop items from TVX south's loot table.
    * Dire charms are now dispellable.

    * South Ro: Added a missing PH NPC "a mummy" to Ancient Cyclop spawn table.

    * Plane of Mischief: correct the turn in dialog for Vinny V. D`vicci.

    Why did DC get changed? From what I read on ZAM its supposed to be un-dispellable

    From the Zam page, it looks like DC was dispellable for a long time, then got changed. For example, here's one Zam post:
    A quick search turned up a post from 2005 on the Druid's Grove called Dire Charm - No More Dispells!!!. It quotes Dev Maddoc via the Sony boards:
    So yeah, DC was dispellable from Luclin through DoDH.

    Seems like the type of change meant to prevent griefing. Perhaps AKuracy isnt the way to go here.

    ok then, do we also need to change the following spell to also be dispellable: Complete Heal effect from Cleric Donal's BP, and also I guess Resurrections effects?
    any others?

    The water pathing seems much improved in the small areas of Siren's Grotto where I have fought underwater. I haven't been near the bridges. Thanks for the fix.
