Here's the rewards. Some of those effects look quite overpowered for the Kunark era:
    War Staff of the Righteous
    Defender of the Faithful Heart
    Ivyshae Blade
    Kuughrak's Blade
    Shield of the Dark
    Sacred Shield of Dread
    Fanged Blade of Sirrik
    Staff of Pain
    Shield of the Primal Mind

Also, those items do not exist in the TAKP database as their ID numbers are way beyond our limit. The devs have mentioned that there are a handful of empty/unused item IDs that they can use for custom items but I wouldn't get your hopes up for these. It seems there was no intent to include these actual items in the Kunark era (or else their IDs would be lower and we would have them already).

Fun looking quests, however, we don't get content that is fixed 15 years later.

Allakhazam's item IDs are not the same as Sony's. To get Sony's IDs you need to use Magelo or Lucy. The real item IDs for these are in 6000s.

None of these effects are really OP for the Kunark era. Many of them already exist on kunark items. Primal essence exists on a Silverwing shaman hammer, Flames of Ro exists on the Hoshkar wizard staff etc.

While it would be neat to get these, I would definitely prefer the missing 3 BPs from Time and rounding out the missing 3 visibles from time (silk hat, silk boots, chain sleeves) plus the Ossein and Timeless Coral Greatsword added in before these items. Plus the Iksar chain quests completion that were rounded out in GoD like the necro skullcap or warrior blade.

These would be a distant pick for custom items added in empty item ID slots for me personally.

Maybe not for a VP-geared character which in the Kunark era is the best of the best characters. But these quests seem to require considerably less effort to obtain. Having a L60 SK lifetap click on a shield at L50 would be pretty rad. Same with clicky Primal Essence on a non-shaman. And I wouldn't mind having a splurt-type clicky for my cleric either.

On a server in Kunark only, sure they are good. But not really game breaking.

On a server in Luclin, I don't think anyone in a VT keyed guild is using these on their main character. Maybe a rare bag clicky that gets pulled out occasionally but that is about it.

These were implemented or "fixed" to work for the Kunark TLP server when it released. If something like these went in, you may as well consider adding the Harmshield (sk/necro) counterpart to the Divine Hammer of Consternation which is in the Luclin era, yet released in 2015. Which I'm all for, btw. It was a form of game balance between the knights.

Looking forward to Wand of Imperceptibility working in all zones, updated Cleric AA group heal, Casino, and of course, Monk AC.
Just curious, will those fixes be implemented before or after PoP?

Neat I didn't even know that item was added later on.

I don't find the DA hammer all that useful for RT. Maybe if you were boxing your own cleric to do the healing, I could see that. It's just a pain to coordinate. If there is a lot of damage your going to need constant healing. DA proc at the wrong time like at low health and you could miss a heal. If the damage is low, you can just heal through it without the hassle. The whole point is to reduce mana consumption, while ensuring sufficient healing. It sounds good in theory but when you apply it gets messy.

I may be wrong and I'm open to any suggestions.

The knights already do ok for balance, but I can see what you're getting at.

It would even be less powerful than the Pally version because SK's don't get spell casting reinforcement in our era. Perhaps knight symmetry would be a better term.
